Chili Garlic Noodles

Ingredients
- 3 tbs cooking oil
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbs chili paste
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup stir fry veggies
- 1/2 a chicken breast
- 1 serving of rice noodles
- 1 egg
Instructions
  1. add the cooking oil to a pan on medium, and simmer the garlic until the edges start to brown
  2. chop the chicken into cubes and add to the pan, cook until about halfway done about 3-4 min
  3. add the soy sauce, brown sugar, chili paste, sesame oil, and sesame seeds,
  4. mix and continue cooking until the chicken is almost done, around 4 more minutes
  5. Add the egg and let cook for 2 min until the egg is mostly done, flip the egg
  6. add the veggies of your choice and noodles and continue cooking on low until everything is warm
  7. serve and enjoy
